Holidays, there is Christmas wrapped gifts (Toys for Tots) and Santa visits w/games; also Cookie Exchange for Adults w/ neighbors social visiting;
Easter Time has a function; July 4 there is a potluck and small firework display in arena;

Barn is a meeting place; there are private Karate classes 2 days and a number of scout meetings. Have had 4H on Pony Club.

The three  lakes are used for swimming and fishing, tennis courts, and picnic areas.  As mentioned, there is a large community arena horseback riding and training with restrooms nearby  in small clubhouse.
