There is a $10 charge for a complete set of restrictions. Buyers obtain free copies via Title Company. 1600 sq.ft. minimum building requirement; 50 ft set backs from property lines; 25 ft. back for driveway. Architectural site control. Twelve foot frontage off each lot from pavement reserved so horses can get away from traffic when having to travel on the road.
Horse trailers can be stored on your property.

You will also see both natural

The three  lakes are multi-purpose and used for swimming and fishing and small boats. There are also tennis courts and picnic areas for resident enjoyment.  As mentioned, there is a large community arena for horseback riding and training with restrooms nearby  in a small clubhouse.
