RESTRICTIONS
(CC&Rs)
There
is a $10 charge for a complete set of restrictions. Buyers obtain free
copies via Title Company. 1600 sq.ft. minimum
building requirement; 50 ft set backs from property lines; 25 ft. back
for driveway. Architectural site control. Twelve foot frontage off each
lot from pavement reserved so horses can get away from traffic when
having to travel on the road.
Horse trailers can be stored on your property.
