A view of
the large outdoor arena ( 100 x 200 ) and the barn and
covered arena in the background. There is also a
charming three-stall carriage barn, which could be used
for a multitude of purposes. To the right of the smaller
barn are many varieties of fruit trees, and almost 3
acres of income-producing pistachio trees. (not shown in
this picture)
Custom indoor arena is 180 x 60 and is completely
enclosed on three sides and also has a solid wood fence
down both sides. Each end features huge roll-up doors.
The footing is excellent and the arena is sprinklered.

This 15 stall
MD barn was custom designed and built two years ago.
Visible from house to keep an eye on the horses but is
far enough away, and is separated from the residence by
a row of shade trees and expansive lawns. All stalls
have windows in the back providing plenty of
cross-ventilation and eight stalls have 12 x 24
paddocks.
