Four rolling acres farm within an equestrian community in the town of Luquillo, with 600 acres of manicure trails bordering El Yunque National Reserve and its rivers. Ride from your home with your favorite toys: horses, bicycles or ATV. The Hacienda has many custom features. The structure was build in solid concrete with Southwest architectural design. Local woods were incorporated as beams, arches and cabinets. Mexican tiles are on floors, bathrooms and kitchen, creating authenticity to the style. Open spaces and high ceilings adds to a sense of comfort and allows the full enjoyment of the views to the ocean and mountain range.

A kiva wood fireplace entertain the rainy days. Five bedrooms and three bath, laundry area, terrace, foyer, living room, courtyard with fountain and family room, were built with exquisite taste and true to the style perpetuating the rustic environment. Nature flows within the home, giving a feeling of relaxation. Light shines over all spaces and the Caribbean breeze is felt in every room. Artisans put their trade together to show wood details, exquisite iron doors and windows and tile work, all created with uniqueness for this magnificent Hacienda. It has a garage with automatic doors 25'x25'. A circle drive surrounds the house for easy access to all areas and has a custom build ornamental entry gate, automatic, with mature trees on both sides.

HORSE AMENITIES:

The Hacienda has three stables with one acre paddock each, pangola grass, fenced and crossed fenced in wood boards, 2 automatic waterers on each one. The Stable structures follows the same southwest design as the house. They are 12' x 12', all concrete with custom iron windows and doors. The horses are pretty happy here. The tack and hay room fits 50 bails of hay and 35 bags of shavings, plus alfalfa and grain. Right next to it is the horse washroom, with two work stations. The paddocks are easily accessible with paths in between them, where you can also exercise your horses .A sounding board for training and enjoyment of the Paso Fino horse is installed.

The equestrian community is a show place for Paso Fino horses, where you can watch the trainers exercise the Pasos, with extreme beauty and elegant gait. All equestrian services needed are available at the grounds. Hay, grain, alfalfa, shavings, equestrian equipment and medicines are delivered to your door. Farrier and veterinary services are also available. Horsebackriding at the beach is accessible from the Hacienda. This is a truly unique property in its style and location, with all the amenities that makes it a perfect farm . It is not only an awesome property but it is also a lifestyle.

NOTE:  Luquillo is located on the NE coast of Puerto Rico and known as "La Capital del Sol" (sun capital) and "La Riviera de Puerto Rico" (Puerto Rico's riviera). Luquillo was founded in 1797 by Cristóbal Guzmán. the Luquillo Beach is a huge plantation of majestic coconut palms which shades more than a mile of fine and shimmering sand. It is one of the most popular and nicest public beaches in the San Juan area. It offers cafeterias, public bathrooms with showers, access for disabled people, and an ample parking lot. Monserrate Beach is one of the public beaches most frequented by the locals.
