Clear, Sharp, and Colorful Photographs
Help SELL
Your Property
Most
buyers couldn’t care less about the features most agents
and ownes drone on about in their ads. What they do care
about is an emotional connection with the home
they will buy. The emotional connection is often first
established with attractive pictures.
The
photograph is a huge part of what buyers notice about a
property. Improving your property photography will pay
huge dividends, and BuyHorseProperties.com understands
this with years of experience as agents marketing real
estate. With our free "tweaking" your pictures, your
property will stand out from the crowd.
As
advanced as digital cameras are today, any picture you
take still isn’t ideal. Almost all pictures we
receive need some editing. Below
are
some examples of photos that we have tweaked for
Realtors and Owners at no extra cost. After we
tweak your photos, you can resubmit to the MLS if
desired. If you contracted with a graphic artist to edit
8 pictures, this may
well cost as much as $75, but included Free on this site in the
price of a Listing.

Before -
This Barn often looked old and
tired as many barns do with lots of use. |
After
-
We lightened and brightened the photo and Edited-out some
of dirt. A little more appealing, is it not? There were
3 offers on this property after this ad was published. |

|
Before -
Picture not very inviting at all; you can barely see
flowers on the bush. |
After
-
We lightened the photo and flowers were enhanced (even
added a few more blossoms) |

|
Before -
This is what was
submitted by Realtor but too dark to see very much. |
After
-
We
lightened and brightened the photo; it is now useable. |

Here you can see more of the barn's character. |

|
Before |
After
- The photo has been lightened, but more important, the
wire was removed in front of horse,
since it appears to be
barbed wire for cattle, not horses, and very unappealing to
horse folks. If it is, indeed, barbed wire, there is no
need to emphasize it. |

After
-
We took out garden hose on
the lawn, and part of Telephone Wire
in distance, and doctored up the pond a little.; also
made grass a little greener. (Looks more inviting, don't
you think? Every little bit helps.) |
|
PHOTO TIPS. Also, take
many MORE pictures than you need
so you can choose the very best ones. Good pictures are
an easy way to "stage" your property to sell . Take
the time to remove feed buckets and some clutter in
front of the barn. Every little bit helps. Also,
A simple
change in elevation or angle turns a boring home photo
into something that stands out from the crowd.
Home on right, is much more appealing (both elevation
and angle were used). ---Marie

Choose the Time of Day Carefully.
Everyone is busy, but one of the surest ways to
improve your property's photography is to choose
the time of day you shoot your photos carefully.
The middle of the afternoon is the worst time to
do it - the sun is bright, producing harsh
shadows and washed-out colors. Professional
photographers know this; they put their cameras
away in the middle of the day. The best time to
shoot is in a period the photographers call
|
the
“Golden Hour.” This is a period about an hour after
sunrise or an hour before sunset. The quality of light
during this time frame produces gorgeous skies, more
diffused shadows and all around better pictures. Getting
up early - or staying up late - to take your photos will
pay off with a more aesthetically pleasing image.
(The above phone was taken closer to sunset so the
inside lights also helped to show off the property.) |
