crossings, slick rock, railroad, jumps, levels,
tables, and numerous other horsemanship
challenges. Has been used for training and
summer competitions.

miles off I90, (fully paved by Fall 2010),40
minutes to downtown Bozeman, on school bus route
and mail route. Three Forks school district, in

outbuildings include bunkhouse, saddle/tack
storage, garden sheds. Gravel parking lot. Two
RV hookups and septic near cabins.
Adjacent to State
owned land on three sides and two large ranches,
there are literally miles and miles of riding or
hunting on and from this property. The nearest
neighbor is a mile away. The topography is
extremely varied, from river bottom lush grass
fields up over 300 feet elevation change to
craggy rock outcropping and views of three
mountain ranges.
