Horse'N Around in Wynfield

This is an up-scale, quiet and private area where this Murrieta community features equestrian zoning with 2.5 acre parcels (yielding 1.9 useable acres after primeter easements), and ranch-style living as it was meant to be.  Wynfield enjoys an ideal location close to shopping and freeways. Homeowners dues are currently $300 to maintain the perimeter of community (subject to vote, and could be less). Approximately 1 horse is allowed for 1/2 acre.

Here you can create your own estate lifestyle, bringing your personal dreams to life with horse stables, a swimming pool and entertainment veranda, tennis or other sport courts, or expansive garden areas. Most of the grandly proportioned and exquisite homes in this subdivision are approximately 3,500 to 5,000 square feet.

Trails, Parks, and Nature, and Recreation in Abundance
The 8,300-acre Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve  (about
about 1/2 mile from entrance to Wynfield-and a beautiful place for riding) is one of Wynfield’s nearest neighbors, offering hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and docent-led tours on trails surrounded by oak woodlands, riparian wetlands and other natural areas that are home to many protected animal species. Visitors to the Reserve can enjoy the oldest standing structures in Riverside County that once served as bunkhouses for cowboys dating back to 1846. These two adobe structures remain shaded by a 400 year old tree and separated by a relaxing, one-of-a-kind, picnic area. Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District manages all visitor services, including 40 miles of trails, a Visitor Center and interpretive programming.

Entrance to Santa Rosa Reserve
and Leading to the Reserve is the Cold Canyon Trail, 3.82 miles
