The general fees are $1065 per year.
That includes use of all facilities within the
community:
Equestrian Center - use of all arenas, round pens
& facilities free to property owners - boarding fees are
extra
50 miles of dedicated/designated & maintained riding and
hiking trails
Oak Tree Country Club & Restaurant - gourmet meals.
Lounge with live music at least one night on the
weekends, reading & card room, banquets.
Oak Tree Golf Course - free golf to property owners
(minimum charge to their guests)
Oak Tree Golf Course - Mulligan Room - snack bar -
breakfast - lunch - dinner
Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool - free to property owners
Whiting Center - Exercise and Fitness Room, Sauna, Spa,
lockers, showers, game room, play area for children,
Basketball court - free use to property owners
Campgrounds - regular campsites w/hookups - equestrian
campsites w/corrals
Cub Lake - fishing, picnics, children's play area, rest
rooms, horse tie rails & corrals
Four Island Lake - swimming, boating (no motors),
picnics, fishing

BVS Market and Deli
There is a fee of approximately $450 added to your
property taxes each year to pay for the BVS 24-hour
manned gate guarded entrance, post office, road
maintenance, snow removal, police dept., and other
miscellaneous items through the BVS Community Services
District (CSD).
Water bill is paid to the CSD and includes a charge of
approx. $12.00/ month for trash.
All household and yard trash (including horse manure) is
to be taken to the "dump" (large containers which are
transported out of BVS). The "dump" is located near the
CSD office in Bear Valley Springs.
Properties over two acres may spread their horse manure.
You must have at least one acre of land to have horses.
There is a limit of four horses per acre.
Some properties on the valley floor have natural gas -
others use propane tanks.
